Eight years ago, Tony joined FFG, and during his tenure, he has been integral in the firm’s growth, which has quadrupled in revenue. He led FFG’s team on consulting project coordination, team performance, and project management as Practice Leader.
Tony has more than 15 years of experience, working in management on both the insurance company and consulting sides of the business. Before joining FFG, Tony was a sales representative for New York Life’s group benefit operation NYLCare Health Plans. He led sales there after just 14 months and was a consistent top 10 producer for them nationwide. He then moved into a regional management position with the national insurance company, Reliance National, running the Midwest Region’s Accident & Health division. In his last position before joining FFG, Tony joined The Guardian Life Insurance Company where he led sales to large employers, including Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies.
Tony received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. These days, while not at the office, Tony serves on the board of the MGA Scholarship Foundation, is an active participant on industry advisory boards, and remains very involved with carrier focus groups.
